“We recently completed our project in Mamaroneck with Wilson, Daniela and their team. They did an amazing job with our full basement renovation. We started with a few projects in our minds, but talking through with Wilson, he came up with a lot of great ideas to fully finish our partially finished basement in the style we wanted. We ended up doing the laundry room, the new play area and completing a previously started bathroom with a new sink and vanity. We also added closet space we badly needed to keep things organized. Wilson had all the right materials to fit our budget and then added many helpful suggestions to the project we didn’t think of but realized we should have considered for in the planning. Once work began, the Justino crew was there every day and always had someone dedicated to the project. But the best part was just the piece of mind we had as the project expanded in scope. Wilson was 100% thorough and thought of everything we needed including putting in new valves for hot and cold water to feed the laundry. When you hire a contractor, you usually know what you want to do but not all the details of the project or what you might have missed. “Justino Contracting did a great job on our condo in Mamaroneck. Complete bathroom demo and remodel, removing old carpet and installing laminate flooring and new baseboards in rest of condo. All work was completed in about a month. They were very good about doing a couple of small add-ons. We don’t live locally so had to work with them to choose fixtures, resolve questions, etc. Found Daniela in the office to be very responsive. Would definitely recommend.”

The house had lapsed into disrepair; atop that, I live about 90 minutes’ away, and had no connections to find a recommendation. I met Wilson Justino at the site, and found him to be easy to work with. At all times, he treated me (and moreso, the job) with respect and professionalism. “We have used Justino Contracting exclusively since 2002, when they rebuilt my screened porch when we lived in Mount Vernon. We decided to move in 2006, and Justino painted the inside and outside of the house and refinished the floors prior to putting the house on the market. Once we moved, they have since painted most the interior of our new house and taken care of numerous small items as they have come up; once in the new house, the doors were not closing adequately, so they replaced door knobs on 27 doors and ensured that the doors operated well. I have been through many contractors in my 20 years as a property owner and landlord, and I would not use anyone else except Justino. They are responsive, they come when they say they will, and they always finish the job in a timely manner. They work clean and no debris is left at the worksite. Their fees are resonable and for the piece of mind that they provide, no dollar amount is too much. My highest recommendation!”

“Justino Contracting was retained to completely remodel two bathrooms, install a new hardwood floor and do a number of renovations to the new condo I recently purchased in the Village of Mamaroneck, New York. The workmanship was superb, and the installation of tile, the remodeling of the bathrooms, and installation of other fixtures could not have been performed in a more professional and timely manner. I enjoyed working with both you and the members of your crew, who were considerate and did whatever was asked in an expeditious fashion, so that the job could be completed to my utmost satisfaction. I will note that even when it was learned that the company who installed the hardwood floors (one of your subcontractors) had made certain errors in their installation, it was your company who “came to bat for me” and applied the appropriate pressure to have your subcontractors remove the faulty wood flooring, while replacing the floor in such a fashion that such has been admired by all guests which I have brought to my home. I would like to thank you for your professionalism and if asked, I would gladly provide a reference for your company, based on the terrific job that was done in my condo by Justino Contracting, Inc., during the spring and early summer of 2007.”
